We have been using syncspider since it came out on Pitchground and have purchased the highest plan at that time. There were way fewer functions and integrations compared to now (which has been clearly communicated). Unfortunately the PG guys had it promoted to their audience as if was the next zapier which it clearly isnt (and Norbert pointed it out several times during the launch). It is a specifically designed toolto connect all your ecom apps and fulfillment backends (e.g. we have our own fulfillment warehouse and use Syncspider to sync shopify orders from various customers instead of paying expensive integrations from other providers.

It is not entirely intuitive - but this is due to the complexity and integration depth of the tool itself. It is not the average "drive by tool" you buy on appsumo normally and tbh if you have the usecase for it - it is a steal since it saves massive amounts of time.

The fact that is run by a long standing austrian company who are using it for themselves (and customers) makes me feel secure that this is a long term project. Support is super reactive and the founder Norbert is very open to suggestions and improvements.

Has taken them a while to bring it to that level - but now it has become a really handy tool in our daily business.
