I've only really scratched the surface with Sync Spider. It is a tool I've used before but I've bought my first 5 codes and am hoping to add another 5 soon enough.

At first glance, it was a little bit overwhelming but if you're familiar with automation platforms using direct integrations and webhooks, you're going to love it! I'm a fan of TexAu for a lot of reasons but SyncSpider is more focused in its uses, the two could probably work together somehow 🤷🏼‍♂️ Although they say it's for ecommerce, anyone could make use of this, it's a very versatile piece of kit.

I figured I'd start by looking at the existing integrations and moving info from one place to another, or even multiple destinations, looking at where I'm duplicating my efforts.

I've got 'Heights' as an LMS and when they sign up I want their info in my CRM, I also want them on my current student mailing list so that's SendFox and the same again with Woocommerce customers. I'd ideally like to track some of this in a Google Sheet, where i run some analyses over time. Easy, right? To be honest, I've not found it that hard to get started.

Automations are not too tricky to set up, if you're familiar with automation platforms, but I must admit, sometimes I was stumped. I spoke to Aleksander (COO) at SyncSpider and he mentioned they're building tutorials, instructions and guides, which I'm looking forward to because there are that many ways to use this, sometimes guidance is really quite helpful.

Pros:
🔥 Support is good(though once this deal picks up traction I can see them being busy)
🔥 Responsive team who are open to ideas from SumoLings (that's a big one to me)
🔥 It's great deal, 50 subaccounts is awesome IMO.
🔥 The automations aren't too tricky to set up but I'd recommend you have a look at current integrations and think properly about what you're trying to achieve between your platforms before starting.

Cons:
🕷 It is crying out for tutorials to make it more usable, Aleksander said they're going to work hard on this.
🕷 The UI isn't quite there yet but it is on the roadmap for a makeover
🕷 As always, could do with even more integrations(for now though, you can use APIs and Webhooks)
🕷 some may struggle until the tutorials are there.

I'm very happy with SyncSpider, optimistic too and am looking forward to exploring some of the more advanced use cases on their website, like using it to automate product creation in Woocommerce, maybe using it cross marketplace too?
