We started with the wrong foot with the SyncSpider. After the first campaign, I was not very happy because they were presented as Zapier alternative, which was certainly misleading and the product was not yet fully ready. Then the first day I saw SyncSpider on Appsumo, I was disappointed again because the offer here was much better than what early backers got. After clarification from Norbert, I gave SyncSpider a second chance.

I purchased another code and tried it again. I think the focus on ecomm makes much more sense than trying to be Zapier alternative. I believe Pabbly is heading in that direction and I appreciate their nice founder and his passion for education. Integrately on the other hand has superb UI/UX and is simple to use. I think there is a place for all of them but I want SyncSpider to be the best tool in segment of e-commerce and I hope they will focus on this huge market most of their efforts.

It may be my personal opinion, but I see their future not as automation tool focused on e-commerce, but as e-commerce powerhouse with automation capabilities.

What SyncSpider really needs is UI redesign that can make them much more attractive for wide audience and present them as a slick and modern tech platform. The current one looks a little bit rough, outdated and complex to use. For that I would take off one star, but then there is very kind Aleks that deserve one extra star just for him, the deal terms are very generous and the company is from Austria, where I spend a lot of time and half of my family live there.

I am glad I did not give up on them and that after the unfortunate miscommunication, in the beginning, their campaign turned over and got positive momentum. I ended up upgrading for the third time and went for PRO.
