You'll Become Arachnophobic
I made the mistake of purchasing this deal on PitchGround and trusting in the company.
Do NOT repeat my mistake - it will cost you - a lot of money.
I sank $700 (foolishly) into this product for the Agency plan because at the time, Pabbly Connect and Integrately didn't exist. So this WAS the Zapier/Integromat-killer LTD, or so I was led to believe/promised.
The past year+ has proven to me that SyncSpider is nothing more than a virtual paperweight.
Check out their "roadmap":

Stuff like Socialbee, one of the most popular LTDs for content publishing/scheduling has been sitting at the top of the Integration requests list with the most votes for over a year. So has Book Like A Boss, over a year and been stuck in "Planned."
UI/UX changes have been promised for over a year, with now the projected completion by end of Q1 '21. I don't buy that. They're more or less just hoping enough people buy into this now and don't refund their purchase within 60 days so they get more money, without actually doing anything.
The development has been a farce.

The number of integrations that have been put out has paled in comparison to competitors. And the integrations that ARE released are usually pretty nice. I distinctly remember them promising to increase integration production many, many months ago, while also waiting for fixes to their webhooks and broken integrations. What was released after waiting and waiting? A German Auto Sales integration. That's it. Just the one integration. For German Auto Sales. Meanwhile, the ubiquitous, international, highly requested integrations are continually ignored.
When Pabbly Connect and Integrately came out and started blazing the way for integrations, SyncSpider's response was defensive and full of denial.
Their response was that they produce true API integrations, so it takes time, whereas Pabbly Connect and Integrately were just glorified webhooks posing as integrations. And while that may be true, what does it matter? The product isn't providing value for the customers, so you should try harder to provide value, while your competition is smoking you. NOT TO MENTION, that SyncSpider's own webhook workflow is horrid. In all fairness, I tried to replicate what I did the other day for the SpreadSimple demo I whipped together using QuestionScout and Integrately. What I achieved within 10 minutes using QuestionScout and Integrately I couldn't achieve in 30 with SyncSpider. And I don't see how I ever could, because I have 3 text fields and 1 file field I expect from QuestionScout, well, using SyncSpider's webhooks, I only have data for 3 fields - I literally cannot complete the workflow.
This is my biggest regret I have ever purchased. And anywhere else I've been vocal about it, they've had the platform remove my review, namely G2, where they requested my review to be removed

May 9, 2024I am sad to read your words here and I am really sorry, that we could not meet your needs. As you know we released the App to App integrations right before the PG deal in the past - it was new to us. We always focused on e-commerce and we made it clear in our webinars where we come from and we did not promise something that we could not achieve. 5 new integrations per month was the cadence and we did that, always. NOW we are ready for more integrations and you will see them popping up even faster. Also we improved all the old integrations and made them better.
We follow a different approach then other integration tools and there are a lot of things - especially for those who run an e-commerce business - that you can solve with SyncSpider. We cover file handlings, full loads (not just events with one item per run), Windows DB connection, creation of variants, handling of options, individual REST API-Integrations, Agency Sub-Accounts, Marketplaces ... there is a lot.
Since PG we made weekly release notes, improved existing apps and integrated over 100 apps to SyncSpider.
We increased the team from 4 dedicated developers and one support guy to over 15 people and we implemented the most important feature for iPaaS - our external API.
With this we can integrate any kind of REST API or Webhooks from within our User Interface, we can add workflows to the integrations and add additional code. This allows us to integrate new tools even faster - not only based on webhooks but based on real deep integrations. And not only we can do this - OUR USERS CAN DO THIS. To develop only that feature it took us over 6 months now, it was the full focus cause it means that we can add up to one integration a day and maybe even faster. It means that we can improve every single integration even faster and allows us to make them perfect.
When we were on PG - we were announced as an early stage product for app to app integrations. We have been established for e-commerce related import and export staff, which is still one of our most important core features - but at an early stage you need to agree that bugs can and will happen. We learned, we improved, we optimized and we still do so. We do not let our community hang and we give all the best to make you happy.
Here we post officially what we did during the week: https://syncspider.com/category/release-notes/ - and we do this nearly every week to show off how we made SyncSpider better.
So it really depends on your needs if SyncSpider is a fit for you or not. But again, I am sorry that we did not meet YOUR requirements - if you still have your account it might change in the future :)
I really hope that you agree on a quick one-on-one meeting with me to discuss this in person and you allow me to show you the latest version of SyncSpider. Just ping me via the Chat on SyncSpider.com
Thanks,
Norbert
