First off, Toby is great, superb and classic extension, and I owe a lot of inspiration from them. I built this because I wanted a few extra features on top of what toby offers: Quickly add notes and to-dos, giving groups symbols(emojis) to scan and easily find my links, and also syncing groups and their data to the cloud for access on other devices, to name just a few of the initial features we set out to build. We have since added a bunch more handy features that toby doesn't have.

tabExtend also has another layout that will give you the ability to work in a Kanban workflow, if that suits you. A lot of focus has been put into building a performant and intuitive experience. We also have the ambition to go beyond just being an extension, we are halfway there with a web app in place, but we also have integrations and native mobile apps on the roadmap.

Workona has somewhat of a different workflow, and their free version is still limited. All in all, I would advise you to try tabExtend out and see if it fits your workflow. If it does, then great. All money made in this deal will go back into further development of new and better features. If it doesn't, you can stick with a free solution. It's a no-loss situation, and I don't want to sell anything that you won't use.
