To export your data you can go to the "dot dot dot" menu in the right-hand corner of the extension -> choose settings -> in the bottom you find the export button. This will export the current workspaces data to a JSON file.

We also run 2x daily backup on all data, so if you ever want some data from a specific date just contact support(support@tabextend.com) and we can retrieve and/or restore it for you.
