Table Capture Cloud is a bit an extension of Table Capture. When it comes to software, apps with server-side components are rarely (never?) sold as a one-time fee because the costs to host & run the app are typically not fixed - they increase as users use the app more.

As a customer, you'll continue to get all of the improvements I make to these features (and will probably get new functionality too - I recently added =IMPORTHTML generation as a little thing).

the majority of software I buy on appsumo have server-side components!
if you don't feel like including cloud, just say so... no need to make up fake reasons when hundreds of saas companies have used appsumo as a launchpad for their success (while giving away lifetime for one payment of the usual monthly price).
plus... $4 discount seems tight for an appsumo deal. perhaps including cloud would make this worthwhile for a lot more people. i've seen a few extensions turn into saas and make the creator 6 figures on here.
