Easy to use
I bought Tagdeo a couple of days ago. The configuration is very easy. I bought the additional white label function. The combination works fine for me, and it is also less expensive. The best of all: It falls under the DSGVO, importand for Germany.
Another aspect: The support works great. I had a little problem with the configuration of my white label domain. I have given a call. They called immediately back and the problem was solved. It is clear that the design needs more improvement, but it runs stable.

All of a sudden cannot login
All of a sudden, I cannot login anymore.
Message shown - "Invalid email or password. Please try again"
Tried reseting password but received this message - "We can't find a user with that email address"
Emailed gone unanswered!
Looks like my account has unilaterally been deleted.

It was working just fine, until I couldn’t login anymore. It seems like it’s a common issue. Many people seem to be confronted by this.
I have written an email to them. Let‘s see and wait. If there’s no fix or reply, it’s definitely gonna be a refund-case.
