RichardButlerQ: Loving it so far but concerned
Part 1 - Enjoying this so far but concerned about really pushing it out to my clients as I wonder why the team are not giving straight answers to the following:
1) not allowing people to be imported: - it appears their answer is there is a cost to this & they would lose out - if we are on T4 and not paying platform commissions how can they loose out on something that is not there?They will do a mass import, but I want to be able to add as I go - if you were getting a % from each customer I can understand, but you're not
2) free courses - hosting costs us is their answer. Fair enough so why not just say if you offer a free course you must host your videos elsewhere - thus not costing you anything. Again if on T4 you don't charge any platform fees what's the difference between making 80% of 0 or 100% of zero?

The reason we’ve been able to offer Tier 1-4 at a lifetime deal with lower or zero commission is due to how we’ve structured the costs. While we don’t charge a commission on transactions for Tier 4 LTD users, we still have recurring costs, particularly video hosting, which is a significant part of the infrastructure. Video hosting incurs ongoing costs, which is why allowing free courses with video hosting is not financially sustainable for us in the LTD model.
It’s not just about commission rates—it’s about balancing sustainable growth while providing value at a very competitive lifetime price. By restricting free courses to free live sessions and 1:1 consultations, we can ensure that the platform remains affordable for users while still providing an incredible, feature-rich experience.
We hope this helps clarify why we have made these decisions, and we truly appreciate your feedback of hosting videos elsewhere. We’ll certainly take this suggestion into account
This has the potential to be one of the best softwares around but so far there are just 2 reviews - if you made sumolings happy they would buy and write glowing reivews. My worry is that they won't make as much as they had hoped and then something will be blocked for us who supported them.
