So our courses go to your stripe ?
Is there a minimum withdrawal any charge to withdraw or time delays ?

Oct 3, 2025A: Yes, your bank account details and KYC are securely stored, as data privacy and security are our top priority. KYC is used to cross-verify your information to ensure a smooth process.
Regarding payments: The payment gateway used is Stripe. All course sales are credited to your TagMango wallet first, and then you can withdraw the funds to your linked bank account. Withdrawals are processed upon your request through the Admin dashboard, and funds typically take T+2 working days to reach your bank (standard settlement time by Stripe).
There are no minimum withdrawal limits or extra charges for withdrawing. Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply as usual.
Ok great but why under the withdrawal section do I see see process fee or 5%? Is that stripe fee that you charge us ?
Hey! Yes, Stripe processing fee stays as it is. But it is upto 5% as it depends on the payment method used, on that same note you can check the break-up of Stripe too.
