Q: Purchased Tier4, frustrated already, how can I get help?

I purchased Tier couple of hours ago and activated it. I'm trying to set it up but your domain process is one of the most confusing ones I have seen after trying many many LMS platforms. I had some very basic questions. But I cannot find any area on the website to get help. No chat no email support address, nothing. I'm taking screenshot of everything. It's very frustrating. I have a very bad feeling I'm setting that domain set up all wrong. It would be very good to have someone to ask even via live chat to doublecheck if I'm doing things the right way. It shouldn't be like this.
