I jumped in, what I liked was the zoom integration and thought that it could really help and save money.
The core concept is great. Build community and have courses added and products etc.
Let’s start with the pros
- built in zoom
- community based approach
- easy enough to set up and use

Now the cons
- for me the big one is the inability to add your own stripe account. This is a standard in most software. The thought of someone else having access to my money just does not sit well. What happens if they go bust, if they decide not to pay etc. Also what happens if their stripe account goes down?
- the idea of the built in zoom is great, however as I found out, if the site goes down for a few minutes then you can’t access the join as host link
- too many limitations. I initially bought T4 but there were too many limitations that did not make sense. The idea that you could not add people into the system for free - the answer - cost of video hosting. I get it but if you were on T4 there was not % taken on your earnings so they were not making money anyways.
- support was a little slow at times but were, in the majority of cases, very helpful

After trying this platform and thinking about it, I refunded, just too many limitations for what I had spent.

I do wish you guys a lot of success but perhaps if your offer had been more generous and specially during taco day you could have really made a lot of people happy.

Again no hard feelings but you should really listen to your international audiences here

The product is a great product and could do with some improvements, but overall, I think has potential and is very useful, and hopefully it will be around for a long time. I would encourage everyone to buy and use for developing digital store and storefronts.

Some things I noticed: It can use some improvements for incorporating other digital software if you are currently providing services outside of their system, and could certainly do with some software bug fixing for domain and payment verification. I did not currently try the apps creation yet, but for store creations, it takes some time and overcoming some confusion about the settings and setup, but once you get the hang of it, it is really good.

Responding to the negative reviews of others: The creators are responsive, I noticed, but you have to give them time. The product is useful, if you know that you have to bring your own website just to begin and get started (if you know that then the rest will become easier), and although some of the setup instructions and needs are confusing, I think it is just regional differences in what things are called. I would advise to do what I did and contact the creators, and explain what you are confused about and what does not work.

I know TagMango from almost 1 year. But could not buy it due to expensive monthly/annual price point.
Once I see them here on LTD, I grabbed 2 accounts for my 2 different brands. Tier-4 limits are pretty clear from answers given by Abhinav and Team.

Understood all limits well. Still I feel Tier-4 is worth.

I as ahead pushing them to relax on their limits for Tier-4, but they did not considered it. I am ok with it as their business decision. Abhinav clearly mentioned that, upgrade price will be $189 per month, which is not possible for me.

I am setting up my courses, community. TagMango is quite trustworthy company as I am observing their MRR from last one year.

Loving Tier-4 due to no limit on number of students, Chat Rooms, Messaging, Notifications, White labelled android and iOS app, Zoom Subscription (1 year), Smooth selling transactions etc features.

No manual enrollment, No free courses, No possibility of configuring your own payment gateway make me big disappointed, hence reducing a taco. :-)

Support wise, I am getting help in couple of days on my emails. Smrithi and team doing good job. I understand about bit more turn around time, as they must be getting so many support tickets. As I dont have anything burning and urgent really, so I am ok with getting response in couple of days.

So far, I found TagMango quite stable and performing well on my use case. I decided to get adjust with limitations of Tier-4 and keep using all given features.

UPDATE: Support got back to me after 48 hours. They have fixed my issues and I will give it another shot and post my findings here.
So, I have purchased tier four. This is me, Sandy Patharkar. This is my dashboard. Again, the same thing, but when I come over here, I am at a basic zero plan. I don't understand why. I have already paid for it. I have submitted an email. No response whatsoever and after this I can't even reply back to them. So if I do a reply, "Hello", they have blocked me because I'm using mail suitory as a tracking thing. But, except that I cannot send emails to ... This is ridiculous. Ridiculous.
