Being generous with 2 tacos , here’s why
Ok I had bad experience with tag mango for few reasons, here is my experience: when you sign up nothing is different except you need to provide them a phone number (not sure why they ask for it but if you don’t do it you can’t sign up) after that your basically locked from almost every feature unless you connect you domain, and tbh I am not a fan of it since I first like to hop into the software to just check things on my own before I waist time to connect my own domain, and lastly the worst thing I encountered is basically to do kyc, which is basically uploading you id so you can withdraw payments and without it you basically can’t really use the software since you can’t do free courses (you must change for those courses) and then you can’t also withdraw any payment since you must do kyc, and I simply don’t understand why should I just give you my id? When I am sure that other competitors just let you use PayPal or stripe or maybe another payment processor, if I basically did kyc to those payments processors, why I need to give you my identity as well? It make no sense to me, and I understand that some people just doesn’t care to upload their id, but I do since I don’t know where it is being stored, I don’t have a much of a problem to do kyc with PayPal or stripe since they are big companies and giving kyc is understandable. but I don’t know anything about tagmango, so I don’t like to spread my info like it’s candy. For all those reasons I am out and never looking back. If all I said doesn’t seem that bad for you for some reason , then just ignore this review. I hope it was helpful for some.

It seems like there’s a bit of confusion regarding the platform flow, so let me address your queries:
Post-purchase features: Once you purchase a plan, the features are initially locked. Connecting your custom domain is step 1 to unlocking access to all the features available in your purchased tier.
KYC process: KYC is a standard requirement for payment gateways like Stripe, and it’s needed for identity verification. We don’t store or use your details—Stripe requests this information to enable secure transactions. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
