UPDATE: After purchasing Tier 4 I still got the Free plan. Zero Customer Support.
UPDATE: Support got back to me after 48 hours. They have fixed my issues and I will give it another shot and post my findings here.
So, I have purchased tier four. This is me, Sandy Patharkar. This is my dashboard. Again, the same thing, but when I come over here, I am at a basic zero plan. I don't understand why. I have already paid for it. I have submitted an email. No response whatsoever and after this I can't even reply back to them. So if I do a reply, "Hello", they have blocked me because I'm using mail suitory as a tracking thing. But, except that I cannot send emails to ... This is ridiculous. Ridiculous.
