Q: I am intrested only seeing the server side tagging functionality.
Rest I don't have any inclination with how things are being made easy with tagmate.
With that said.
1) If I have this use case
A user lands on the page scrolls down 60% and starts watching the video. I have set tracking of how long the user spent on the page before clicking the play button.
Now will this custom even be tracked by tagmate? on its server side with accuracy or just the templates that are present on your website can be tracked server side.

The Tagmate provides templates to help you set up your event quickly and efficiently. A custom implementation needs to be done by the user, and our server-side implementation will need a small tweak to incorporate those changes.
Tagmate can provide support in custom implementation as well as setting up those minute changes, however, if the setup requires more than 2/3 hours it will be billed on an hourly basis.
