Q: Clarification on channel limits per plan.
Hi there. I read another question on here asking about limits for an agency. In your response to that person you stated the following,
"Thanks for the note. Each account is allowed up to 10 channels with up to 4 active at one time. If you would like more channels the best way to do that is to create another account and buy another code stack. Let me know if you have any questions."
What if the 10 channels linked to an account are no longer active, or work for those channels have been completed already. Can they replaced with 10 new channels? Do you understand what I'm trying to say? Will Plan 4 be agency friendly? Sometimes our clients only use our marketing services for 2-3 months. So if i remove an old client from Taja, can it be replaced with an entirely new channel/client?

Thanks for the note. Yep you are allowed to update 10 new channels by deleting the inactives ones and replacing them with the active ones.
