Is the integration included or do I have to pay for the plugin monthly or annually via Live Chat?

To make it clear, you need to pay for Taku and LiveChat in order for them two to work on your website.
Also we soon launch integration with OpenAI Assistant, so you will have your own AI bot inside Taku
