a) You can send a Team Message with the birthday info;

b) You can create a specific badge for birthdays and then give a tap using that badge.

Q: Just one tier seems a little odd.

I mean I understand, that you won't cover a 17k company with an ltd like someone else asked, but a little stacking like 15,30,45 would be great.

If I'm getting your question right, there's no need for stacking above 15 users, as the pricing is per seat and adapts itself pro rata for any changes in the plan's number of seats.
For the case of enterprise-level accounts, you can also see on the pricing page of our website the price ranges according to the account size.
