You have 2 options:

a) You can send a Team Message with the birthday info;

b) You can create a specific badge for birthdays and then give a tap using that badge.

As of today, the things you can set up to be recurring are feedback requests and pulse surveys.

However, specifically for birthdays and work anniversaries we will release in the next couple of weeks a feature that will allow you to set up automatic taps for that purpose.
