Q: Can you please restore the 13 missing Business profiles that were part of my redeemed tier?

I bought 2 Taplink codes in 2021 (tier = 15 Business profiles) and redeemed them. I also received Taplink’s confirmation email (“Your longlife BUSINESS plan has been activated,” Nov 26, 2021). The 15 profiles were available (I used one and had a placeholder on another).

After a login change by support in Aug 2025, I now see only 2 Business profiles, and new ones default to Basic. The other 13 disappeared. Support told me this was about “unused/not redeemed codes,” but my codes were redeemed years ago. Perhaps the confusion is about what “redeemed” means — from AppSumo’s side it means activating the codes, which I did.

Question: Can you please restore the 13 missing Business profiles that were part of my redeemed tier?
