I liked Tappable. The idea is great. The interface is intuitive and the speed is good. The display of the result is great. The interface is simple and easy to use. Charles' video tutorials are clear and straightforward. I will be using this in my project. Thanks for the opportunity to get this deal on AppSumo. I bought one code and added 9 more just in case ) Deserved 5 tacos from me. Compared to the functionality, the flaws are not significant. But they are: 1) I found a problem with loading custom fonts. I tried several times, but the loading kept going on endlessly "Processing font...". I reported this to support the day before yesterday. So far, the error has not been fixed. I hope it will be fixed soon. 2) There is no way to create a Story template or duplicate the created Story. I want to create one Story as a template and be able to duplicate it as many times as I want. In the copy I will change the text and other elements to create a new Story. And I agree with the wishes of other buyers that to be successful on AppSumo Tappable you need to offer a more generous deal. You can offer something special for those who buy more than 10 codes. I would really like to be able to use more than one of my domains (for different projects).
This is such an amazing product. It’s just a pity that the dev has restricted it to one product. You can’t use it for clients etc, which in my opinion is its worst selling point. Also, you have to load all your own content. There’s another product, benovel, that does this exact thing, but allows you to use any link. It’ll be helpful if the dev would look into this. Two tacos for effort. The output is lovely, but ease of use is where it falls short.
Good tool but very unfinished and lacks integrations
I bought this tool around 3-4 weeks ago with high hopes but was immediately disappointed after learning that there are no pre-made templates and no integrations with any stock image or video site. Limits are also concerning.. 5000 recurring credits are like nothing if you realize how they will be used. I chatted with Henri from the tappable team, and he said something about better limits, and I'm yet to see that happening.
I will request developers to listen to what users want. Don't just force anything. Tappable has the potential to be a favorite and to be most used but currently lacks many features.

Thanks for your feedback Abhishek. Always appreciate hearing user concerns. As founder and CEO, I just want to formally reply to your recurring concerns and hopefully put them to rest. We base our decisions on data. Tappable v1.0 was live for 2 years between 2019 and 2021 with Unsplash and Giphy integrations and over 5k users. There were less than 500 direct upload events from both combined over 2...
Our team discovered Tappable a few days before it launched at AppSumo and discovered a few interesting approaches to capturing leads and increasing conversion via landing pages that look like Instagram Stories. I bought it yesterday and tested it; it has a very simple user interface and produces stunning results.
Requests for new features include more powerful creation tools, team collaboration, client workspaces, and white labeling.
Tappable's team is helpful, and we can put it to use for our marketing agency.
Great start, heading in the right direction, and keep up the good work.
Tappable is a new-ish tool but already has star power with some clients like Heineken, and Porsche, so projects longevity. Their monthly plansput into perspective the rarity of this type of application given the Enterprises they work with. I thought the deal was one-time credits, but these renew monthly, so it's a very good one at this price - I'd liken Tappable's B2B2C appeal similar to the Spott.ai deal that was on AppSumo a year or so ago.
The tool is a new version (2.0) and is a remarkable update from the old platform, having played around with it. It's much more UI/UX friendly and easier to navigate. There're no initial concerns (I believe) that someone new to creating web stories would have. Creating stories is a breeze and if you pre-load all of your assets using the branding library, this becomes double easy. You can preview and publish to a custom domain.
What I also really like is that (by contacting Support) you can create multiple workspaces and have your codes assigned to them to give each workspace recurring credits of their own, this in effect works like sub-accounts. It'd be great for us to be able to self-manage this soon.
It's powerful and the support has been great, thanks Charles! I'll give 4 tacos for functionality and an extra for support. Tappable is on Google's official AMP web stories providers list too (exclusive)
Things I'd like to see:
- Roadmap (guys, I understand you have competitors, but Sumo-lings are very demanding to see what will be developed!) - OotB (& Custom) templates - for "inspiration" for us "newbies" - e.g. taking popular and high converting examples from all verticals (e.g. beauty, fashion, tech, food, etc) on AMP web-stories sites/instagram profile and making them usable for users - API/integrations for products import (this is on the cards already according to Charles) - Ads & other AMP components built-in - Stripe/Custom commerce (Webhook/Instant Payment Notification), similar to Swipe Pages "Checkout" with Stripe - Email integrations, like Encharge (my selection), although leads can be sent by Webhook so you just need a bit of tech savvy to get these integrated with your Marketing Automation, CRM, Commerce, etc - More content options like @username Social feeds and embedded social posts (like Pinterest, Twitter) - More interactivity options like full, lead-linked quizzes, especially if friction of sign up can be reduced by OAuth'ing Google, Facebook/Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Other examples could be "spin wheel/lottery" or "chat" - perhaps integrated with Intercom, Tawk.to, etc
If you're in ecomm and want higher converting LPs, I think this is a must-have. It's not the finished article, but considering they're just over 3 years into their journey, I believe Tappable will add a lot more features and will develop into a toolkit that will be indispensible for ecomm and publishers and they will get there and in a short space of time!
