I'm not exactly sure if I understood your first question, let me know if below is not clear and have further questions.
Given a video, you can transcribe it to get a transcript. Once you have the transcript and make adjustments through the editing platform, you can translate it to 50+ languages.
From there, you are able to export it as MP4 with single line subtitles or dual subtitles embedded. (need to translate first from above)
A 20 min video should take no longer than 10 minutes to transcribe on average.
I mean beside the embedded the subtitles in a mp4, is there a way to have a srt file download as well? Thanks

Yes, aside exporting as MP4, you have the option to export the transcript in SRT, VTT, TXT and/or PDF format.
So the export file will be part of the covert time or will trade as additional to deduct? Thanks

Exporting in SRT, TXT,VTT and PDF will be nearly instant whereas exporting MP4 with subtitles embedded will take time which will base on its duration and how heavily the video was cut in the editing platform.
