Pros:
I love the bulk uploads. This feature is important to me.
I also love the fact that you can upload via url whether from Youtube and cloud storages.
the transcription is accurate when the voice is clear. Most of the videos I uploaded were transcribed correctly more than 90% of the time. Well done!
It also has the dictionary option. I like it!

Cons:
the UI is quite basic but it does the job.
The playback speed is fixed at 1.0. I couldn't speed it up.
Also, please give an option to remove the stamp or not.
I just wished they have a lifetime deal instead of just a 1 year deal. I would have gladly given it 5 tacos for lifetime deals.
120 minutes is not a lot for me. I also have lexis.tech account that gives me 4000+ minutes per month but that one is geared more on online meeting transcription.
