It's so simple, user-friendly, and packed with help center content that made my job a lot easier. The editing platform is amazing & not tough to understand. Help center and video tutorials are really helpful and easy to follow which made it easy breezy for me to learn and use the software.

Since the tool also brings translation in the same dashboard, you should remember to first edit the transcription in the main language before translating otherwise you will lose on credits.

Another great thing is the formatting options available for the subtitles which make the output video upload worthy, this feature got added after a quick request from a user.
