Hi TP Team! A few questions..

👉Social apps:I would love to know if this is this included? If so, are carousel image feature available for the social apps?

👉Bot Quatity: Can we handle multiple stores? or can we have multiple bots on 1 store? We have some segmented audiences and we will prefer to configure the assistant with the specific data for each.

👉Support: Based on unanswered questions here n discord, I guess your team is focusing on developement, but do you plan to install a proper technical support in the next days?

👉Roadmap: Can you share the roadmap or let us know a little more about what's next on the short and medium term.

There's another similar tool on Appsumo and is really good but only available for Shopify so it will be amazing to evolve TP into something like that but available to all platforms. =)

Hi, Can this bot also scrape my entire store, the product list , prices and then act as a Product Recommendation tool. Lets say, can it answer queries like "Create a hamper worth $1000 from the products available".
What I am curious about is, how easily the bot can respond to unstructured queries which needs an analysis, categorisation etc at the bot's end before the response. Can this be handled via a prompt in your tool?

1. Does this integrate with Magento 2?
2. Can this tool crawl the website and gather knowledge that way or do you have to load a file?

If this could be used for more brands I'd buy it and I think many others would too.
