Q: cost to upgrade after 12 months
You've said that users can rollover after the 12 months at 50% off for their existing tier , but it sounds like you cannot upgrade your plan and keep the discount.
What happens there. Is there a cost per thousand contacts or something?

Mar 15, 2025A: You can upgrade during the AppSumo deal or when you convert to a standard plan at 50% off. You're not locked in. If you're on AppSumo at 10k contacts and, after a year, want to upgrade to 50k, you'll still get 50% off the 50k. That's the benefit AppSumo peeps are getting that no one else gets.
While on the AppSumo deal, we extend offers for upgrades via honest reviews and one-time fees as well. Once you're in Tarvent, you'll get those offers.
