Q: Microsoft email delivery

Another question (thought easier to ask separately)

What is your deliverability % to microsoft providers? Most of my customers use microsoft services so its a key part in considering new tools. Thanks!

A: While we can't guarantee delivery, MS delivery is really good.

No it's not. Microsoft emails regularly bounce across the board on Tarvent IPs. The error message is that the Ip block is on their spam list. To make matters worse Tarvent doesn't answer ANY ltd support emails.

Thanks for raising this. None of our IPs are blocked by Microsoft, and emails are being delivered, though their spam filters can sometimes cause issues outside our control.

We also respond to all support tickets (LTD accounts included). At the moment, we don’t see any open tickets from you. If you didn’t get a reply, please resend to [email protected] and we’ll jump on it right away.

That's not correct - We have a LTD and have got respons fast on every email support questions.
