1st Newsletter send. Straight to SPAM
aaargh. After years of warming up the list and successfully communication with subscribers outside of the junk mail box
Be careful since the test message arrive fine from the diditwork@tarvent domain. There are no choices to test the domain deliverability.
Zero recommendations on warming up from Tarvent. They say SPF and DMARC are taken care of..Then it's an IP address issue. Pretty pissed off right now. Get it together guys.
Good thing I didn't cancel ActiveCampaign yet.

Sep 22, 2024While it's unfortunate to get 1 taco solely because an email went to SPAM, I wish we could have assisted you via support in this issue before getting this low of a review. That said, there are so many things that lead to SPAM. While we take every precaution, there are times when content, the sender's FROM domain reputation, user spam reports, and other causes outside of our control cause email to go to SPAM. It's a constant challenge all ESPs face. While we offer warming recommendations if asked, we admit that we are a little behind in our help docs. That said, we offer advice if you reach out for support. We also have our servers set to warm new customers automatically. However, depending on the AI's model from the recipient's mail server, the exact email me goes through one time and gets reported as SPAM the next. While this may sound like an excuse, there is no magic bullet to deliverability, and it's a constantly monitoring and changing config that wins the race. We'll continue to do our best, and we hope all of our customers only send emails to contacts who have given permission to be contacted via email and are not sending to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
