Hello,

i wanted to ask about CRM:

1) it seems like you are steps away from building your own, or do you integrate with Hubspot and thats how you handle the CRM part?

2) can i use a CRM connection and have Tarvent send the information over to my CRM? this way i am not limited to the Contacts?

A: Hey Jeffrey,

1. You are correct. We are steps away from having our own CRM platform. However, we are an email marketing platform first, CRM will be second and will happen sooner rather than later. That said, we do support integrations through Zapier, Make, Boost.space, and Integrately. We're also working on Pabbly now.

A: Based on your questions, it sounds like you're asking for several cold email marketing features. We do not allow cold email marketing in Tarvent. Tarvent only allows sending to contacts that have given concent to your company to send them email.

Q: A few questions on Users, Subaccounts, Domains

1) How does Users feature work? Is it clients or domains? How is Users defined?

2) Can we create subaccounts with multiple domains/clients and assign number of contacts, permissions etc?

3) Is there a feature with visual workflows to create automations with triggers and actions?

4) Is there a tracking code for tracking actions on websites to trigger automations?

A: Here are some answers for you:

1. We do not currently support subaccounts but do support multiple domains and isolated audiences that allow you to manage multiple clients in a single account. We also have permission at the audience level so people can only see things attached to their audience.

A: Good question! We're asking people to leave reviews. I don't know why they haven't, but we're working to get more reviews. Our AppSumo deal is going much better than expected, with a high number of sales. We've also reviewed a ton of positive feedback via support, demos, and more.

Q: Continuing the Transactional Email question below

Jason, you mentioned that you missed the mark with your offerings in the Appsumo plans, so..
#1 Why not correct them to eventually drive more sales? You can, as many have here in Appsumo, correct your offer and move along with this as even you view that as a 'mistake' since you even mentioned that 'we missed the mark'. (There's even an article about it https://help.appsumo.com/article/681-updating-your-offer-after-launch)
#2 I heard you mentioned that there will be some one-time offerings that you're planning. Are these LTDs as well or subscriptions?
