We use our own and have complete control over every aspect of our servers, allowing us to reach much faster to any issues that may arise, and not having to wait for AWS support. Otherwise, I am not familiar with them. The feedback we get from customers is that our platform is fast, very intuitive, and has a lot more customization of every customer touchpoint compared to our competitors. People also comment on our support. Our average customer lifetime is over ten years, so people like us.
