A: Yes. Additionally, the system will also help clean your list of any contacts that are undeliverable over time. By default, if a contact hard bounces (i.e. mailbox doesn't exist) 2 times in a row, or soft bounces (i.e. mailbox is full) 5 times in a row, our system will mark them as undeliverable, which then the contact does not count towards your allotment. You can change these thresholds as well. Also, just so I don't cause more questions than answers, the thresholds have to be met in a row. If there is a delivered email, the counts per contact get reset.
