A: No. Credits are for the Email API, which would require you to write programming logic on your end to integrate with our system. For newsletter emails, that would be solely based on the number of contacts. The Tier 5 allows 75k contacts (unlimited emails). You can choose that plan and pay overages for the remaining number of contacts over the 75k.
