Q: More days to store the campain data?
Hi
I notice that the campain data is only stored 180days and not more on higher tiers. Is that something you can adjust. Because it would be usefull to have a older history of a certain campain. Like if we want to see what campain did best in clicks or got best response last year, and we are at the end of the secound year we wont be able to do that... or can we somehow export that data to google sheet or something?
To us campain data would be useful if we could access it over 1 - 2 years.
Is it possible to adjust the 180 days to more?

Sep 18, 2024A: The only thing that gets removed after 180 days are the details per event. If someone opens an email 5 times, the system will forever keep track that they opened it 5 times. After 180 days, you will not longer be able to see the date/time of each open. That's all that will be removed. I hope this helps.
