Q: Purchased when this was an LTD-- are accounts before March 19th, still an LTD?
I purchased this when it was still considered an LTD. Were all existing accounts before March 19th announcement changed to 1-year access?

Dec 29, 2025A: If you purchased the LTD version, then it will always be LTD. We did not switch anything for the LTD customer, as the 1-year deal was a separate one. If you are having issues with your account, please reach out to our support team.
