SupportSaaSQ: Are folders within workspaces also considered workspaces?
I am asking this due to an upgrade message that I see under some folders that lie within the workspaces. Love the app so far.

Folders can be used like a workspace. Anyone you add to a folder will also automatically get upgraded for free, even if they are not part of the main workspace.
You can use Folders to organize your projects and teams. Each Folder is 'Private' by default until you add other members. You can learn more here: https://help.taskade.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055670613.

The reason for my question is that some folders within my workspace have an "upgrade" next to it which I don't understand why they are there. I am trying to sync all my activities within a workspace to show up on my Google calendar and the ones within those folders don't show up. Does that mean that I have to upgrade to tier 3? Still unclear of why this is happening. Once again thank you for your amazing customer service team Taskade.

No problem, please contact us directly and we will resolve this for you. All folders should be upgraded automatically if the workspace is upgraded, including for calendar syncing.
