Q: Define workspaces
I run a career coaching business. I have 4 coaches on my team and aboth 20 clients a month. Is each client a workspace and can o have 4 people on my team. And when projects are completed can they be archived?

Dec 2, 2024A: Hi Tom, that's correct! You can have 4 coaches on your team across unlimited workspaces for the cost of 4 seats plus your main account. Once projects are completed, you can archive them as well as the workspaces.

For your clients, you can invite them as Viewers or Guests (free) to access Projects, AI Agents, Workspaces, or Folders. If needed, you can also add them as paid editors to a workspace and remove them after the project is completed.
