Can Taskade explain why the ‘Unlimited AI’ feature—displayed in my LTD Billing/Usage pages for more than 18 months—was removed without notice, and confirm whether it will be restored as originally provided? I have an email from Taskade acknowledging the transition ‘was not handled clearly’. What is the official remediation for LTD users in this situation?

And when you consider that AI models are getting cheaper and cheaper. Go into your account area and see the section where they give gifts if you rate them on social media and product hunt. Let the world know how they don't honour original deals. Then once you leave your honest review you can claim the rewards :). They don't mention anything about positive reviews being left :)

I believe you missed my main point: Taskade has moved on from the AppSumo deals, which they no longer honor, and now depend on reviews from other platforms to generate monthly income. You have leverage by posting negative reviews about them dropping your deal. If enough negatively affected Sumolings share their experiences, it will impact their business. Look to exploit your opponents weakness.
