Taskade removed Ai agents and knowledge base, I spent 100s of hours compiling.

I've used Taskade since 11/2022, it was a lifetime deal LTD and fantastic.

Today, 03 April 2026 I wanted to build a website and was prompted to purchase credits.

This is disgusting behaviour I've noticed from other LTDs as well.

**Everything listed below got removed, but used to be included since Day 1 purchase**:

* Taskade AI
* Unlimited AI agents
* Automations
* Train agents with my data.
* Password-protected sharing
* Removed Taskade branding
* Connect 100+ integrations

I already have a Google Gemini subscription, why will pay for Taskade as well when I already bought the LIFETIME deal?

I must say this was a good one. I know there are a lot of PM tools out there, and while I have yet to integrate this with a team, I have found it very fun to use. A lot going on so I'm still learning the UX/UI but I like where their head is at. If this comes back to Appsumo, I'd recommend you jump on it. Glad I went to a higher tier. Just the different views for your project is fun and productively useful for learner/user types. Hope this company makes it.

This software is an organization software. The calendar doesn't work. I've been chatting on and off with taskade for a year now, and they never seem to be able to fix the problem.

1. You can only use the google calendar "Taskade"
2. This does not reliably sync with Taskade, even when manually creating events in it.
3. you cannot use automation to create events in the "taskade" google calendar, as it doesn't transfer to taskade
4. you cannot use CalenderBridge or similar software to create events in the "taskade" google calendar
5. You cannot import previous events from your normal calendar
6. Calendly cannot add events to this calendar.
7. the taskade calendar at this point only displays 1 event a month for me, and upon refreshing the window it usually disappears.

Support is incredibly slow to get back.

I can't recommend this product as it's become another "AI everything" gimmick. What's the point of having an AI scheduler if it can't even access your availability?

I bought this well over a year ago if not longer. I have not used it much until recently and I have to say the improvements they have made since I purchase is just amazing. The AI agents, user interface, separate app, AI project generation is just amazing. They are always doing updates and sending emails about what has changed and these are usually major changes.
