Good app, support slow, some issues ignored

Overall, the app is good and I think there is a good future as what they have accomplished over the past year shows brains and promise. The recent AI introduction is also useful.

Recently they made changes to how tasks sync with Google calendar. This was so that personal users did not need to assign tasks to themselves to see the tasks in GCal. However, as a result, those of us who create tasks for others or who assign a task to somebody else see this task in our calendars. Previously the GCal sync was perfect and any time a task was unassigned from self it disappeared from Gcal. Now it just stays there making you think you have more to do than you actually do! This could be fixed with a toggle in settings that selects the old method versus the new one!

Also, they need to work on permissions for external users. Firstly, if I invite somebody else, they are forced to create an account to see the project. Then when they have done so, they get a page with a load of Tascade templates. Confusing if you only came here because you were invited by a project manager. You need to find the project you have been invited to (worse still if it's a folder). There were things we wanted to have external users do but could not because they conflicted with other permissions. Eg we wanted them to be able to upload but not to be able to edit their task deadlines. This is not possible and should therefore be more granular.

Support is not fast and sometimes show a lack of real understanding for how business works (e.g., they just said "yeah we changed that" rather than seeing the issue the change had created, and working to address it). If Tascade is hoping to get larger orgs join them, they need a better understanding of how they work.

I hope these comments help progress and that Tascade will flourish.
