I'm not going to lie. I was skeptical when I saw Taskade.

"Another project management tool?" I said. "Sure, I'll give it a try. AGAIN."

But then I tried it, and now I'm hooked. Lol.

Taskade is an incredible all-in-one project management, to-do app, and team communication tool. It changes the way you work by providing unlimited workspaces with any of AppSumo's plans that you buy. However, only the premium workspaces (your tier) have version history, 2-way calls, big file upload, and more advanced permissions. The rest of the workspaces will be free tier.

It replaces Trello, Notion, (technically) Zoom, Dropbox, and Slack. You can pretend it as your second brain—your first one is just too slow for your fast-paced life!

And then there are the views: mind map view, calendar view, list view, and more! Different views is the selling point for me. I have always wanted this in an app for the longest time—especially that mind map view. It makes everything so easy to see at a glance and helps me prioritize projects better than ever before :)

The team behind Taskade has really thought of everything with their simple interface and flexibility; they really understand what their users need when working with teams online!

This app will change the way you work in teams. Trust me! You won't have to switch between 5-6 different apps between your team members like you used to. It can be used by individuals and agencies with hundreds of members who can easily customize their branding looks. Yes, you can change the background of each project and add your brand logo to each folder/workspace. Talk about getting personal.

You can tag your projects with #hashtags to filter them. Use browser extensions to clip information or add notes to your current projects. Open multiple tabs inside the app.

There are only two cons: no offline support yet, and mobile view only offers a list view at the time. Plus, I wouldn't say I like how it's all spread out. I want to be able to go to a specific workspace and folder I choose.

Taskade has a massive list of templates you can use or create and save for your team without buying templates like Notion. If you're currently subscribed to Notion or Trello, or similar project management tools for your team, I think it's about time to switch. I can't wait till 6 months from now and see how powerful this workhorse becomes.
