Seems like an overall great product. It might get there eventually, but for me it is a little bit too immature to actually use yet.
If you are looking for something quite simple and lots of templates, then Taskade is a great option.

✅ Lots of starting templates and very quick and easy to get going. Perfect fit for me as I am managing lots of small projects and have been looking for a way to collaborate on small todo-lists without breaking the bank when inviting clients and collaborators.
✅ Quick and beautiful interface. Only takes a second to be fully in the system.
✅ Setting up new workspaces is simple and quick. And if you fully stack you can set up as many as you want.

But...
❌ The list view seems extremely limited. I wanted to add additional columns and move things around a bit more. Tracking statuses, start dates, end dates, priorities. Can't even resize the width of the columns.
❌ When switching between kanban and list, I was expecting something more similar to a clickup view, where Todo, doing, done becomes the columns instead of creating a new board for each heading. There might of course be another way to do this that I'm didn't figure out...

I am aware that I might not have been browsing around enough to do the changes that I wanted, but if it's possible and I didn't find it, then it needs to be slightly more intuitive.

I might stack this and hope for the best, as in many ways it does fit my needs.
But I have already spent enough money here in search for the perfect project manager with zero luck.
