I've been a fan of Taskade for over a year and was waiting for it to come to Appsumo. I knew it had released elsewhere but I decided to wait on Appsumo's launch. This app is a gem. I've used Ora, Plutio, Freedcamp, walling, etc... they all just didn't hit the spot for me.
Taskade on the other hand is just clean, inviting, stable and has thousands of users....just look at the App store rating....no other app that I mentioned has that much validity. This means the app is stable, working and does what it is supposed to do.

Need the app for your iphone or android...they got it...and it works flawlessly. Need a desktop version? They got it. Need to login and use it online...they have that done. Everything works. Plus, if you look at the emails they send (remember I've been a fan for over a year) they send updates weekly! Not monthly, not quarterly...literally every week something is being added or updated.

Want a walkthrough of the app? I emailed customer support at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday night.... by 7:30 pm I was on a call going over the whole system with Dino. Support is amazing. These founders truly care about their product.

And get this...they didn't use Zoom, teamviewer or some other app to do the call...they used Taskade!! So they use their own product for everything. Very impressive.

I'm using this for organization for personal and business. It syncs with your google and ical so that when you enter a due date for a task, it automatically syncs and adds it to both places. For instance I have a Workspace for Personal, then I have folders for Shopping, Gaming, Medical, etc... For the medical folder I put my different appointments in as tasks with due dates that then sync to my calendars. So I can literally post the links from my insurance inside and it's syncing everywhere to keep me organized. Overkill maybe, but it works for me.

Hopefully this helps people see how powerful this app is. I wouldn't miss it if I were you. Way better than any of the apps I mentioned above and is way easier to implement and has a stunning UI that is so crisp and clean. Love it!!
