Q: Hi Jeremy A scenario.
I create a Google form and it contains a few text boxes and a dropdown list of countries (e.g 100 countries), a user fill in his info into the text boxes and select his country.
Due to some reasons, the google form and another platform has no automation nor API available. Hence I have to manually input this user’s info into the platform manually from the admin portal so as to create an account for him.
Question. I understand Taskmagic can help me to automate this process via the screen recording and RPA actions.
However, the drop down list contains many countries (100 countries)
If I want to do a screen recording to emulate the user filling the text boxes and then selecting his country, that’s easy. It’s just one screen recording.
But there will be many users from many countries.
So do I need to create a screen recording for every single country in the drop down list? Because that means I have to do 100 screen recordings.
Or I only need to create one screen recording and select One country, and then TaskMagic will be able to help emulate the rest of actions, even if we have User B, User C coming from different countries and selecting different countries?
Thanks!

Overall the answer is yes we can handle drop downs fairly well we’ve improved a lot there. The main point is the country selection would just be set up as a variable that changes every time (for each country) make sense?
