I see users per workspace. Does that mean 1?

if you have 1 user per workspace and you make 100 workspaces, yes you can invite 100 users (in total).
You would have to invite each user manually though to the individual workspace

Can a button/shortcut be made to initiate the manual trigger? Just trying to avoid needing to open additional windows/programs to trigger a manual automation.
You could if we didn’t block access to invites in web ;) but great catch and application for our tech.
Yes each user can have their own setup inside one workspace.
If you want the Automation to be ran automatically (turned on) it will only run from one computer no matter the connections. If you want it to run on multiple systems then duplicate the Automation or have the user manually click play steps and there would be no conflict
