Q: Still cannot seem to access the template library

Happy new year and thanks for the response Jeremy

Still no luck accessing the templates library, the only options i have under settings are:

Taskmagic profile
Chrome Profile
Manage billing
Manage connections
Check for update
Sign out

Could you please advise?

Hi, I am having the same issue (no access to template library), from your link I do not have the "Use Legacy..." button at all. I have tried it on the Desktop App and Web App.

You should see use old mode (we changed the wording)

If you are on tier 3 or below you will be on the old experience automatically since the new mode forces using the apps builder so that may be why things look a little different - We do not have a template library in browser automation but the guided templates are still available for now via the old experience if you click 'add automation' you will see the different otpions to select from

Hi Kyle, thanks for the quick response. I am on Tier 1, but I cannot see any of the template options when I try to create a new automation. I have joined the Skool group, is that the best place to raise a support request?
