Lots of Fun
I've been exploring what TaskMagic can do for me personally and for my business, and it's been nothing short of fabulous so far. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the team at TaskMagic is ridiculously responsive - some of the best customer service I've ever received. I've bought a number of things on AppSumo, and this has hands down been my favorite so far. No regrets.

Oct 29, 2024Haha grant!! Yes! The fun part is often forgotten! But that’s why I do this. Dealing with wonderful people in here like YOU is why I do this. Why we do this. We really appreciate you saying we’re one of the best AppSumo deals. We loved launching here ;)

Been Looking for this tool for a long time!
This tool has allowed me to do so much with automation in my business that I am almost exclusively working "on" the business now and not "in" it. I am very familiar with tools like Zapier and Pabbly, but this filled the gap of actually needing to enter and scrape data from sites that don't have an API (or charge you extra for it). This has been a game changer!
I will say, they are working through some small bugs and UI issues, but the support team is very responsive and happy to help. I am very excited to see where this product goes!

Oct 29, 2024Richaoneill - how did I let this go so far! Thanks for this! More importantly, we’re lucky to have you in the community. And making sure you feel heard is key! I’m so glad you picked up that we are trying to fill the gap that zapier leaves behind

Great concept, kinda works.
Excellent concept, kind of works. But everything I have been trying to do just doesn't quite work smoothly. Its a bit clunky, its a bit buggy.
If it is working for you or you have the patience to do work arounds for the things that are meant to just work than the tool would be useful.
I can't justify the large expense for what seems to be a 75% completed, but excellent concept. I have requested a tier 4 refund.
Already the owner is onto selling the next bit of software, reducing my confidence that this software will be fully bug free and easy to use.
I hope that it does work better in the future, and I will keep an eye out and pay the monthly subscription if it does, but it wasn't for me as it stands right now, at >$500USD.

Sep 19, 2024RPA is just not as easy as it sounds. A lot of people think soemthing is a simple thing but it’s really not. Something like just logging in can create issues if you don’t know about cookies and/chroem profiles etc. I’m wondering if you were in the community or reached out? Or took our free course? I can’t track a 16 character username lol. Wish I could. But nevertheless I’ll take what I can get....

Interesting but not Zerowork
I bought it because people were so excited. I was looking to hire an employee to do help me in my company. Zerowork does a lot of those tasks now. Taskmagic has a lot of very nice features, it is less intuitive
Overal a nice product with great potential.

Aug 30, 2024Hey there - I wish I knew your name, but now worries. I’d love to know a little more about what’s not intuitive. As I’ve tried zero work and, while it does do a lot and is a good product; it does make you grab manual selectors which is very difficult to do for a beginner. So would love to know how we can improve from an intuitive standpoint ;) if you can write in here (bc I can’t track it to this...
