EDITED!! - After a month of testing....

UPDATE!! After almost two months!
STAY AWAY FROM THAT PRODUCT(and their other products!)
If they were as fast and passionate about replying to support requests as they are to negative reviews, that would be great.
I waited two months, and no one was able to help fix my issue. I paid an extra $750 (that I lost!) for additional hours and proxy, and this is the reply they sent when I asked for a refund:

PROS:
Product is a great idea in functionality similar to Power Automate.
Community is growing

CONS:
- Support is almost non-existent - it looks like two guys jumped to launch three products, so do not expect your issue to be resolved quickly!
- It will not replace your automation like n8n, at least for now, as the response time from the server can sometimes take up to 30 seconds (apparently they are working to fix it).
- Still buggy (you can have a look at the community section). For example: I was excited about the product and I purchased extra hours and VPN, but because of some bug, I can't pull data when scheduling or using the cloud option (I'm waiting for 2 weeks already for it to be fixed with no success).

Original comment; ohhhhhh no way!!! im really glad you came in here with a 3...appreciate it! just as a concern, I go over tickets and issues with the team every 48 hours personally...so not sure what the breakdown is, but im sure you know my response to this lol. Let me know what im missing...ill make a video and ask the team directly! be on the lookout...also truly appreciate you
