TaskMagic is a powerful tool that automates any work you can do in a browser, and it even has some AI processing capabilities. While I haven't explored the AI features yet, I'm currently focused on completing simpler tasks. Here’s my feedback so far:

Pros:

1. This software can automate almost anything.

2. The interface is beautiful and intuitive, with not many options to overwhelm you. It's simple to use.

3. Step-by-step tutorials and helpful prompts guide you every step of the way.

4. The support team is extremely active and ready to assist.

5. They now have a Learning Academy. I applied last week and am waiting for access to open.

6. The software is very intuitive, opening a browser and starting your automations.

7. Works very well for simple automations. I can't wait to test it on more complex jobs. Taking baby steps to get my head around how to get it to work.

Cons:

1. Unless you're a browser automation guru, you'll need to retrain your brain. This applies whether you're a tech expert or not because this is different.

- For example, copying and pasting requires something called scraping, and you'll need to learn a lot quickly to hit the ground running.
- There are many videos to help you learn how to perform specific steps or actions you may be stuck on.
2. It's faster than you but there are some noticeable delays as it switches tabs and follows your Instructions. When creating Instructions Popups are there to help, but they can sometimes feel in the way. Be patient and go slow; you'll get stuck often unless you understand browser automation well. You'll get trained as you go and figure it out by playing with it. Just know you have some learning to do.

3. Your process is really confined by the processing power and resources of your system. If you have an old M1 MacBook and keep many tabs open(Like I do, lol), it will probably be more slow and have more delays than if you keep a tidy organized clutter free Laptop. This isn't a con, just a notice to ensure you have a decent system. There may be multitasking, but I can't speak to it as I'm still working out the kinks.

4. You'll need to spend for at least Tier 4, which is around $500.00, to make the best use of this app. It’s a good investment, though it may seem high upfront.

5. Automations in recording mode work differently than in play mode, so you have to really think through what you want to accomplish.

So far, everything has worked well. I just need to learn how to get certain actions to occur because it's a different way of thinking for me. Your mileage may vary (YMMV).
