I love the product easy to upload my content for my membership course. The only Issue I have is the response time with the chat. I submitted a question 3 days ago and it still has yet to be addressed.

Even if a product is great, the customer service needs to be great as well, how can I recommend this product to my following if I'm having issues getting my questions answered.

I hope in the future this can be solved, especially when you need an answer to move forward with your project.
