1. No - you have only for your API usage. No subscription is required. Also, the limit of 50 requests 3 requests is not present when using Team-GPT.
2. Yes, you need an OpenAI API key in order to use Team-GPT.
3. Right now, it's not possible. You can share your chat with people outside your workspace though.
4. Next week you will be able to import your chats from ChatGPT into Team-GPT.

6. I am sure what you mean by "lag". Have in mind that having a too long converstaion with a model like GPT doesn't really make sense as the model has a specific context limit. Once you exceed the context limit, it "forgets" about the initial messages it can process the latest ones. It makes much more sense to split your chats into smaller ones.
